The Forward Pastor is an actionable growth process to help you discover “how you run.” It is a personalized course helping you discover who you are, maximize your talents, minimize your blindspots and help you advance personally and professionally. This course is personalized just for you to “look under the hood” and see how you run as a leader. Each Module will help you discover your “leadership engine” (your wiring, gears, pushable buttons, drive, etc).
Your Team Dynamics.
You are only as strong as the team around you. The Forward Pastor helps leaders move ahead with becoming a better leader and team builder. t’s a leader’s ability to build a cohesive leadership team, and then recruit and build great talent. Learn how to sit at the leadership table, get them communicating and committed to the mission and each other. We need to stop believing that if we can hire a certain person it will solve all of our problems. Instead we need to learn to develop our people on healthy teams.
